Underground Gym also has two existing gyms in Portslade and Newhaven on the south coast.
The new gym provides over 17500 sq ft of space with parking to the front.
After 4 weeks of refurbishment and branding the gym is now open.
Below is a statement from the owners Sol Gilbert and Alan McGuiness:
“The gym has near enough everything you need to have fun and achieve your goals including a cardio section, a large strength floor with huge leg section, an extensive combat area, and a functional area which includes our new free movement/ninja warrior area. We also run a full timetable of classes ranging from spin, pilates, yoga in our studio to energetic HIIT and combat based classes on the main floor. We want to encourage members to cross train in a fun and safe environment under the supervision of highly qualified coaches. We would love everyone to come and try the facility FREE of charge until the end of September so if you are free pop in and speak with us about achieving and maintaining your goals in what is, without doubt, the best gym in Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas!”
