Durlings have recently carried a research project on behalf of Tunbridge Wells Borough Council in relation to the town centre office market, and the Article 4 directives, in conjunction with Nexus Planning – “Tunbridge Wells Retail, Commercial Leisure & Town Centre Uses Study Update.”
This report, which follows on from our earlier report in 2018, is one of a number of Evidence Studies in support of the new Local Plan which will guide future development in the borough through to 2033.
