Despite all the negative news around the revaluation of business rates, effective 2017, there are examples of available properties whose occupational costs will fall next year with respect to their rates bill. We have below listed a selection of those in Tunbridge Wells Borough, with the % decreases, in descending order.

22 Mount Ephraim Road-                                13.7%

8 Lonsdale Gardens-                                         12.5%

Prospect House, Lonsdale Gardens-              10.8%

Chapman House, Chapman Way-                   10.5%

16 Camden Road-                                                3.2%

Interestingly there are all offices apart from the last one which is retail.
