Durlings have sold Clockhouse Court in Bessels Green (Sevenoaks) to The Markerstudy Group.
The deal involved sale of the freehold interest with the simultaneous surrender of Ascom`s lease, who were the previous tenant. The vendors were an Irish pension fund.
Clockhouse Court is a self contained two storey office building, located close to junction 5 of the M25, comprising 7115 sq ft in a courtyard setting with 30 car spaces.
