Maidstone based developer Benchmark Realty has marked completion of the restoration and development of the former Headcorn Village Hall by letting the offices to interior designers and fit out specialist Project Partners (Design & Build).
The high specification 1,300 sq ft unit retains many of the building’s original features and now boasts a stunning coloured glass window by local artist Pia Carti.
The scheme also includes 2 two bedroom houses and was designed and project managed by Benchmark’s owner John Hawkins and built by local contractor Apollo Building Contractors.
